Terms and Conditions – William Jones-Warner Photography Workshops
Booking and Payment
Every workshop must be paid for in full on the day of booking.
After booking, the participant will receive an email confirmation of their workshop, along with an invoice, information pack and a receipt.Cancellations by the Participant
(2.1) If the participant requests to cancel their workshop at least 7 days before the workshop date, they are entitled to a 50% refund.
(2.2) If the participant cancels the workshop within 7 days of the workshop date, no refund will be issued.
(2.3) All cancellations must be made in writing by email to: williamejw@outlook.com.Cancellations or Amendments by William Jones-Warner
William reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the workshop itinerary.
If such amendments significantly affect the participant, William will contact the participant and offer the following options:
(3.1) Accept the amendments;
(3.2) Rebook for an alternative date or a different workshop; or
(3.3) Request a full refund.In the event that a workshop must be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, the participant will be offered the choice to rebook for another date or transfer to a different workshop of equal value.
Wildlife and Workshop Conditions
Participants should understand that wildlife workshops involve working with wild animals in their natural environment, and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Flexibility and understanding are therefore required.
In the unlikely event that wildlife does not appear, participants will be offered another workshop at a discounted price on a future date.Liability
William Jones-Warner Photography does not accept responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, any items or personal effects belonging to the participant.
William Jones-Warner Photography also does not accept any liability for any loss, additional expense, injury, illness, or other harm incurred by the participant before, during, or after the workshop.
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.Confidentiality of Locations
The participant agrees to keep all wildlife workshop locations strictly confidential, unless those locations are publicly stated on the William Jones-Warner Photography website.
This confidentiality helps protect the welfare of the wildlife and the integrity of the site..
Participants must not disclose non-public locations visited during workshops, including by mentioning them on social media.Behaviour and Conduct
William reserves the right to stop any workshop immediately if he believes that a participant’s behaviour is, or could be, having a negative impact on wildlife.
In such cases, no refund or future workshop credit will be offered.Agreement
By paying for the workshop, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions.
